Greek Shrimp

Buddha Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 227 g (1 bag) of Fruits de mer du Québec cold water shrimps
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) cooked rice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) frozen edamame, thawed
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) stuffed green olives
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) Kalamata olives
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) cucumber, diced
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) red onion, diced
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) feta, crumbled
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) Greek salad dressing
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
Instructions:
  1. Distribute the rice in your serving bowls.
  2. Add the shrimps and vegetables, and garnish with parsley.
  3. Serve with salad dressing.
