Lobster
Hot Dip
Ingredients:
- 340 g Fruits de mer du Québec lobster meat
- 125 ml light mayonnaise
- 60 ml light cream cheese
- 100 g skim mozzarella cheese, grated
- 75 g skim cheddar cheese, grated
- 15 ml green onions, chopped
- 15 ml celery, diced
- 60 ml panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 175 °C. Mix all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Place the mixture in an oven-ready pot or pan. Cover with panko breadcrumbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
