Crab and Primavera
Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
- 170 g of Fruits de mer du Québec crab meat
- 250 g macaroni
- 50 g red pepper, finely diced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 60 ml frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 50 g frozen peas, thawed
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 60 ml light mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
