Quick ’n Easy Smoked Fish

and Avocado Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 1 thin pizza crust
  • 200 g Fruits de mer du Québec smoked fish
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 60 ml arugula
  • 45 ml light cream cheese
  • 15 ml light mayonnaise
  • 15 ml chives, chopped
  • 1 red onion, sliced in rings
  • 7,5 ml honey
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the pizza crust and bake in the oven 7 to 9 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, cream cheese, chives, honey and pepper. Spread on the pizza crust, and finish by adding the smoked fish, avocado and arugula.
