Quick ’n Easy Smoked Fish
and Avocado Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 thin pizza crust
- 200 g Fruits de mer du Québec smoked fish
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 60 ml arugula
- 45 ml light cream cheese
- 15 ml light mayonnaise
- 15 ml chives, chopped
- 1 red onion, sliced in rings
- 7,5 ml honey
- 50 ml lemon juice
- Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175 °C. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the pizza crust and bake in the oven 7 to 9 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, cream cheese, chives, honey and pepper. Spread on the pizza crust, and finish by adding the smoked fish, avocado and arugula.
