  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Remove the plastic wrap and place the frozen cod balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake on the rack in the center of the oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
  4. The cooking time may vary depending on the oven used.
  5. The product is ready when the internal temperature reaches 74 C.
