Pink Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 450 g of Seafood Canada striped pink shrimps
- 36 small puff pastry shells
- 45 ml light cream cheese
- 30 ml light mayonnaise
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 15 ml celery, diced
- 15 ml green onions, chopped
- 15 ml lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients except the pastry shells in a bowl. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover the pastry shells with the sauce and serve.
