Pink Shrimp


  • 450 g of Seafood Canada striped pink shrimps
  • 36 small puff pastry shells
  • 45 ml light cream cheese
  • 30 ml light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 15 ml celery, diced
  • 15 ml green onions, chopped
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Mix all the ingredients except the pastry shells in a bowl. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover the pastry shells with the sauce and serve.
