Teriyaki Shrimp
Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
Stir-Fry
- 400 g of Seafood Canada shrimps
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 200 g snow peas
- 1 onion, diced
- 225 g mushrooms, sliced
- 30 ml olive oil
Sauce
- 60 ml low-sodium soy sauce
- 75 ml maple syrup
- 60 ml low-sodium chicken stock
- 15 ml cornstarch
- 20 ml hot water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2.5 ml ground ginger
- 5 ml sesame seeds
- 5 ml sesame oil
- Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients except the pastry shells in a bowl. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover the pastry shells with the sauce and serve.
