Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

Stir-Fry

  • 400 g of Seafood Canada shrimps
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow pepper, diced
  • 200 g snow peas
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 225 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 30 ml olive oil

Sauce

  • 60 ml low-sodium soy sauce
  • 75 ml maple syrup
  • 60 ml low-sodium chicken stock
  • 15 ml cornstarch
  • 20 ml hot water
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2.5 ml ground ginger
  • 5 ml sesame seeds
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except the pastry shells in a bowl. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover the pastry shells with the sauce and serve.
