Shrimp Roll


Pizza à la guédille aux crevettes
  • Shrimp roll stuffing (see recipe here)
  • 1 naan bread
  • 50 ml sour cream
  • 5 ml lime juice
  • 5-6 sprigs of chives, chopped
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • lemon zest, to taste
  1. When preparing the shrimp “stuffing”, make sure to remove the extra moisture from the shrimps before adding the other ingredients.
  2. Toast the naan in a pan or on a barbecue grill. Set aside after to make it extra crispy.
  3. For the sauce, simply mix well all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the sauce on the bread, then garnish with the shrimp stuffing. Add some lemon zest then cut the bread into slices. It’s a refreshingly unique appetizer for your next cocktail gathering!
