Shrimp Roll
Pizza

Ingredients:
- Shrimp roll stuffing (see recipe here)
- 1 naan bread
- 50 ml sour cream
- 5 ml lime juice
- 5-6 sprigs of chives, chopped
- 15 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- lemon zest, to taste
Preparation:
- When preparing the shrimp “stuffing”, make sure to remove the extra moisture from the shrimps before adding the other ingredients.
- Toast the naan in a pan or on a barbecue grill. Set aside after to make it extra crispy.
- For the sauce, simply mix well all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread the sauce on the bread, then garnish with the shrimp stuffing. Add some lemon zest then cut the bread into slices. It’s a refreshingly unique appetizer for your next cocktail gathering!
