Crab and Grilled Corn


  • 1 package (170g) Fruits de mer du Québec crab
  • 21 slices of baguette bread, cut into rounds
  • 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 tbss. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. In a nonstick skillet, pour the oil and grill the corn for about 5 to 7 minutes. Meanwhile in a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese.
  2. Add grated cheese, crab, salt, pepper and corn.
  3. Place the preparation on your slices of bread and garnish with cheese. Bake at 350 F until cheese is melted.
