Crab and Grilled Corn
Crostini

Ingredients:
- 1 package (170g) Fruits de mer du Québec crab
- 21 slices of baguette bread, cut into rounds
- 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2 tbsp. light cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1 tbss. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- In a nonstick skillet, pour the oil and grill the corn for about 5 to 7 minutes. Meanwhile in a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese.
- Add grated cheese, crab, salt, pepper and corn.
- Place the preparation on your slices of bread and garnish with cheese. Bake at 350 F until cheese is melted.
