Ingredients:
- 2 packets (227g/pack) of Nordic shrimp from Fruits de mer du Québec
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 125g light cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded skim mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add the shrimp, 1/2 cup cheese, celery and chives.
- Place the mixture in an ovenproof dish or skillet. Top with cheese cup.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
