Ingredients:
  • 2 packets (227g/pack) of Nordic shrimp from Fruits de mer du Québec
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 125g light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded skim mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add the shrimp, 1/2 cup cheese, celery and chives.
  2. Place the mixture in an ovenproof dish or skillet. Top with cheese cup.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
