and pear tartare

  • 2 packages (170g/pack) of lobster meat from Fruits de mer du Québec
  • 3 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Boursin garlic and herb cheese
  • 1/2 pear finely diced
  • 1 tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cut the lobster meat into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients.
  2. Place a cookie cutter on a plate and fill it with tartare. Serve with bread croutons and a salad
