Lobster
and pear tartare
Ingredients:
- 2 packages (170g/pack) of lobster meat from Fruits de mer du Québec
- 3 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Boursin garlic and herb cheese
- 1/2 pear finely diced
- 1 tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 tbsp. chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the lobster meat into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients.
- Place a cookie cutter on a plate and fill it with tartare. Serve with bread croutons and a salad
