Mexican Shrimp

Nacho Bites


For the bites

  • 227 g Nordic shrimp from Fruits de mer du Québec
  • 24 corn chips
  • 1 Italian tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons finely diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1 tbsp. chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 cup grated Tex-Mex cheese
  • Salt and pepper

For the Tex-Mex mayonnaise

  • 1/4 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 tbsp. Tex-Mex spices
  • 1 tbps. honey
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients “for the bites” except the chips. Mix all the ingredients “For the Tex-Mex mayonnaise” and add to the shrimp salad. Mix well. Garnish your chips with this salad and place them on a baking sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes.
