Apple and Trout

Tartar

Ingredients:
  • 290 g (1 bag) of Fruits de mer du Québec trout, diced
  • 1/3 Granny Smith apple, grated
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) red onion, chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) chives, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) light mayonnaise
  • 7.5 ml (1/2 tbsp.) maple syrup
  • 62.5 ml (1/3 cup) hard cheese, diced
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
