Apple and Trout
Tartar
Ingredients:
- 290 g (1 bag) of Fruits de mer du Québec trout, diced
- 1/3 Granny Smith apple, grated
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) red onion, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) chives, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) light mayonnaise
- 7.5 ml (1/2 tbsp.) maple syrup
- 62.5 ml (1/3 cup) hard cheese, diced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
