Avocados Stuffed
with Shrimps
Ingredients:
- 400 g (1 bag) of Fruits de mer du Québec cold water shrimps
- 2 ripe avocados, cut in half (remove the pit)
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) celery stalks, diced
- 4 sprigs of chives, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) spicy mayo
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the avocados.
- Place on the avocado halves and serve.
