Avocados Stuffed

with Shrimps

  • 400 g (1 bag) of Fruits de mer du Québec cold water shrimps
  • 2 ripe avocados, cut in half (remove the pit)
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) celery stalks, diced
  • 4 sprigs of chives, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) spicy mayo
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the avocados.
  2. Place on the avocado halves and serve.
