Mango, Cucumber and Shrimp

Ingredients:
  • 454 g (2 bags) of Fruits de mer du Québec cold water shrimps
  • 15 ml (2 tbsp.) chives, chopped
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) cilantro, chopped
  • 187.5 ml (3/4 cup) corn kernels, grilled
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) red onion, diced
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) mango, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) cucumber, minced
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) light feta, diced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 62.5 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
