Crab
club sandwich

Ingredients:
- 6 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 6 slices of cooked turkey bacon
- 1 plum tomato, sliced
- 4 boston lettuce leaves
- 1 sliced avocado
- 1 package (170 g/pack) crab meat Fruits de mer du Québec
- 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine the crab, green onion, 2 tbsp. mayo, salt and pepper.
- Spread the inside of the bread slices with mayonnaise. Divide crab mixture, avocado slices and tomatoes among four slices of bread. Cover with a second slice of bread. Garnish with lettuce and bacon. Top with the remaining bread. Insert four toothpicks and cut into quarters.
