  • 6 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 6 slices of cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 plum tomato, sliced
  • 4 boston lettuce leaves
  • 1 sliced ​​avocado
  • 1 package (170 g/pack) crab meat Fruits de mer du Québec
  • 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  1. In a bowl, combine the crab, green onion, 2 tbsp. mayo, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the inside of the bread slices with mayonnaise. Divide crab mixture, avocado slices and tomatoes among four slices of bread. Cover with a second slice of bread. Garnish with lettuce and bacon. Top with the remaining bread. Insert four toothpicks and cut into quarters.
