Lobster and Cheese


  • 12 tart crusts
  • 170 g Fruits de mer du Québec lobster
  • 60 ml light mayonnaise
  • 60 g light cream cheese
  • 60 ml 15% cooking cream
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 125 g skim mozzarella, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 190 °C.
  2. Place your tarts on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese and cream in a bowl. Add the green onions, salt, pepper, celery, grated cheese and lobster, and mix well.
  4. Once the tart crusts are golden, top with the lobster mixture, return them to the oven and continue baking for 5 to 7 minutes.
