Lobster and Cheese
Tarts

Ingredients:
- 12 tart crusts
- 170 g Fruits de mer du Québec lobster
- 60 ml light mayonnaise
- 60 g light cream cheese
- 60 ml 15% cooking cream
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 125 g skim mozzarella, grated
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 190 °C.
- Place your tarts on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese and cream in a bowl. Add the green onions, salt, pepper, celery, grated cheese and lobster, and mix well.
- Once the tart crusts are golden, top with the lobster mixture, return them to the oven and continue baking for 5 to 7 minutes.
