Mac‘n Shrimp

Salad

Ingredients:
  • 350 g macaroni
  • 450 g Fruits de mer du Québec cold water shrimps
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 celery stalks, finely diced
  • 30 ml green onion, chopped
  • 15 ml dill
  • 80 ml light mayonnaise
  • 80 g light cream cheese
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and adjust the seasoning to taste.
