Shrimp
Mousse
Ingredients:
- 450 g Fruits de mer du Québec cold water shrimps
- 80 ml light mayonnaise
- 80 g cream cheese
- 2 celery stalk, chopped
- 5 ml chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions:
- In a food processor, grind all the ingredients together until mixture is uniform, and adjust the seasoning. Serve over croutons, crackers, etc.
