Lobster
Rolls
Ingredients:
- 6 hotdog buns
- 340 g Seafood Canada lobster meat
- 3-4 pieces red leaf lettuce, chopped
- 1 green apple, julienned
- 1 bunch of dill, finely chopped
- 30 ml mayonnaise mixed with a splash of lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Mix in a bowl the lobster meat, the lettuce, the green apple, the dill, the mayo, a dash of olive oil and the salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Spread some butter on the hotdog buns before toasting them.
- Scoop the lobster mixture inside the hotdog buns.
