• 6 hotdog buns
  • 340 g Seafood Canada lobster meat
  • 3-4 pieces red leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 1 green apple, julienned
  • 1 bunch of dill, finely chopped
  • 30 ml mayonnaise mixed with a splash of lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Mix in a bowl the lobster meat, the lettuce, the green apple, the dill, the mayo, a dash of olive oil and the salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Spread some butter on the hotdog buns before toasting them.
  3. Scoop the lobster mixture inside the hotdog buns.
