Ingredients:
Atlantic cod, potato, milk, margarine, salt and pepper.
Contains: Cod, milk, soy, sulphites.

Description:
Typical Gaspesian meal.

Cooking method:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Remove the plastic wrap and place the frozen cod balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake on the rack in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
Cooking time may vary depending on the oven used.
The product is ready when internal temperature reaches 74 C.
