Lobster, Salt

Description:
Lobster from the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
May contain cartilage.

Defrosting method:
Take the sachet out of the box, put it in cold water for about 30 minutes and let thaw. Do not thaw in a microwave, hot water, or at room temperature. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze.
