Real cod croquettes

Cod, Toasted wheat crumbs, Water, Vegetable oil, Modified corn starch, Yellow corn flour, Wheat flour, Salt, Baking powder, Soy flour, Guar gum, Spice

Cooking method:
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY.
Conventional oven: Preheat oven at 375°F (190°C). Place frozen fish on baking pan covered with parchment paper. Cook on middle rack for 30 minutes and turn over halfway trough cooking, Serve hot. Since appliance vary, there instructions are guidelines only.

The product is ready when its internal temperature reaches 74 °C (165 °F)
